![]() Much of the text in menus and the little tutorials is stylized, so some people may have some trouble reading it right away, despite the contrast and text size being good. The text is quite clear although it could be larger. You can also adjust aim by circling the stick. This enables you to flick the stick in the direction you want to look to quickly aim in that direction. ![]() Motion controls can also be paired with the Flick Stick controls. There is full customisable gyro aiming so you only need to use one stick rather than two. You can opt to toggle the charge ability, but you still need to do multiple inputs quickly because you often need to slow time, charge an ability, aim, and fire, then quickly recall the boomerang. Flux (slow motion/bullet time) can be set to infinite, and can fully pause the player when used in Accessibility Options. Player invincibility can also be turned on at any time via the Gameplay Options menu. Instead, they have modes balanced toward keyboard/mouse, and controllers. There are 2 different modes, but not Normal and Hard. One unique aspect of Boomerang X was its difficulty modes.
